Valet Trash Service

Our valet trash team keeps your property clean and your tenants safe by picking up your tenants’ trash at a designated time each day and disposing of it using your on-site dumpster or waste location.

For flexibility, you can choose between 5, 6, or 7 days a week for our valet trash team to service your tenants.

We use leak-proof bags and carts to make sure your property never gets messy. We will also help maintain the cleanliness of the dumpster site.

We go the extra mile by disposing of cardboard left out (if there is an onsite recycling collection bin) and offer trash valet of communal trash areas (such as dog parks and gathering areas).

Pool Maintenance Service

Our pool maintenance team helps keep your community pools safe and clean so your tenants can enjoy the warm days worry-free.

We offer a weekly routine of testing and balancing chemicals (pH, chlorine), skimming debris, brushing walls, and cleaning skimmer baskets.

Schedule appointments individually or sign up for our monthly plan for guaranteed weekly service at a discounted rate.

Litter Pickup and Emergency Trash Haul

Our maintenance team will be responsible for litter pickup and maintenance around your property. We will make sure your landscapes stay clean and safe.

If you need an emergency trash haul (moving days can lead to large pieces of furniture being left on the curb or in the dumpster), give us a call, and we can dispose of it for you.

Both of these services can be done on an as-needed basis or bundled in with our valet trash service.

How do you price your valet trash service?

Our valet trash service is priced according to the needs of your apartment. Factors include the number of occupied units, amount of days you would like the service, and if you want to bundle with any of our other maintenance services. Contact us and we can work as a team to see what is best for your property.

Which services can be used “as-needed”?

Our pool maintenance service, litter pickup, and emergency trash haul services can be done “as-needed”. This means you contact us and we can set up an appointment to do any of these one-time. Was there a large celebration and some extra litter on your grounds? Call us. Is it move-out or move-in day, and trash is piling up quickly? Call us. Accident in your pool and need it cleaned ASAP? Call us.

Pool maintenance service and litter pickup services can be on a recurring basis as well. Valet Trash must be on a recurring basis. Contact us, and we can see what works best for you.

So there is a discount with your valet trash and pool services?

Yes, for our valet trash service, if you pay for a yearly contract in one lump sum, we will give you a month free!

For our pool service, if you commit to our weekly maintenance on a monthly basis, you will receive a discount as well!
